VTEC at Bombay Sapphire

The Distillers Vocational Training and Education Committee (VTEC) came together on 10th September at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Hampshire.

The meeting discussed the VTEC Strategy through to 2028, and this was followed by Vicky of Equal Measures discussing the full suite of activity carried out by Equal Measures and the challenges presented by under-represented groups in the wider drinks industry, and approaches to take by organisations in raising awareness of Intersectionality.

All agreed it had been an enlightening and productive briefing and gave good impetus to the direction of development of The Company’s vocational training and education activity.
