Installation Court Meeting & Livery Dinner

The Installation of the new Master and Wardens will take place at 6.00pm in the Court Room. 

The Installation Ceremony will be followed by a Court and Livery Dinner at 6.30pm for 7.15pm.  The dress code is Black Tie, with decorations.  Bookings must be made no later than Thursday, 8th November 2018.  

Given that this is the most over-subscribed event in the Company's calendar, guests are provisionally restricted to one per liveryman.   If you wish to bring additional guests please contact Kim Lyons, the Assistant Clerk  

Please note that we will be adopting a policy of "first come, first served".   This dinner is invariably a full house, so do book promptly.

Invitation cards (not RSVP) will be sent to you for yourself as a Liveryman and for your guest(s), together with a copy of the menu.

Should you need to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund provided we receive a minimum of 7 working days' notice.   If cancellation is made after this, a refund will only be offered if another Liveryman is able to attend in your place.
