Its activities are an informal setting in which to meet fellow members, enjoy time outdoors and take part in a sport that rewards concentration, judgement and good company.
Taking part
The format and level of experience required will depend on the individual event. Invitations will make clear whether an activity is suitable for experienced participants, newcomers or both, and whether instruction or equipment is available.
All activities are run subject to the requirements of the host venue, applicable law and appropriate safety procedures. Participants must follow the instructions of the event organiser and qualified venue staff at all times.
